James joined in 2008 after completing his MBA at London Business School, since when he has completed the HobbyCraft acquisition.  He spent his early career as a management consultant, latterly with IBM Business Consulting where he provided strategic and operational advice to a number of major global insurance firms and retail banks.  James graduated from Cambridge University in 2001.
