He has worked at Bridgepoint since 1996. Current board seats include Infinitas Learning (formerly Wolters Kluwer Education) and Groupe Moniteur. Other recent significant transactions include All3Media, John Brown Publishing and Tilney. Prior to joining Bridgepoint Mike worked in Natwest Markets for seven years, gaining broad experience in the capital markets, investment banking and acquisition finance divisions. He graduated in Economics from the University of York.
