Bridgepoint

William is a graduate of Oxford University, joined Bridgepoint in 1986 and led the firm's business in the UK until becoming managing partner in 2001. He has worked extensively on private equity market transactions in Europe and has a personal focus on the healthcare sector. He serves on a number of boards including Pret A Manger, the premium ready-to-eat food and beverages retailer. He is also Chairman of the board of Dorna Sports SL, the international sports management and marketing company and holder of all commercial and TV rights of the MotoGP World Championship, headquartered in Madrid.
